SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We use Aramex, DHL and Fedex for shipping. We will send you a tracking number once your order is ready to ship.
Shipping is free for orders of over US$150.
Unless rugs are damaged during shipping, all sales are final. Please ask all questions before buying, and review photos carefully. And know that we take great care to ensure that you will love what you receive. We take extra care to take pictures of the rugs in natural light. We estimate accuracy to be around 95%. Please understand that color perception and variance is normal. If you need additional pictures or have any questions about the rugs, please do not hesitate to ask. Email us: email@example.com
We cannot accommodate returns due to the high cost of shipping involved in shipping the rugs outside of Morocco or bringing them back. If you receive a rug that is damaged in shipping please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within one week of purchase.
Duties and Taxes
There is a trade agreement between Morocco and the US. There are no duties or taxes to pay. For all other countries, please consult with your customs agency to determine the duties and taxes you will pay when receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once a package departs our warehouse. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, customs holds or other logistics issues) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages.
We have operations in the US and Canada. Orders to New York addresses are charged a 8% sales tax fee. GST and PST are added to Canadian orders.
